Why buy from us
We are not asking you to trust us. We are asking you to read our bag, then read the one in your kitchen, and see which one tells you more.
Nothing sits in a warehouse waiting for you. Your bag is roasted after you pay for it, then packed and shipped.
Origin, process, roast level and the full ingredient list. If something was added, it is on the bag in plain English.
One price, no threshold to chase, no surprise at checkout. A brand that says nothing hidden cannot have fine print.
Subscriptions are month to month at 11% off, and cancelling takes one click from your account. No email, no phone call.
A supermarket bag can sit for a year and still say “best by”, and tell you nothing about what is inside. Ours tells you the region, the altitude, the varietal and the process.
You order, a small roaster in the US roasts it, and it ships to you. Nothing is stocked, nothing is old.

Every bag carries the same panel, filled in line by line: origin, altitude, process, varietal, roast, notes and ingredients.
No proprietary blends, no flavour that we will not name, no origin we cannot point at on a map. If it is not on the bag, it is not in the coffee.
Region. Process. Varietal. Ingredients.
Ten coffees, whole bean or ground, roasted on demand and shipped free anywhere in the United States. Every bag carries its full label. Read it before you choose.

How to drink itPour-over, 60 g per litre, 94 °C, a 40-second bloom. Drink it black: a natural Ethiopia goes to fruit and milk buries it.

Whole bean or ground
Whole bean if you grind at home, a drip grind if you do not. We charge the same for either, because charging more for one would be a decision we could not put on the bag.
How it works
A coffee, whole bean or ground. One bag, or a subscription.
Your order goes to the roastery and is roasted in a small batch, not picked off a pallet.
Straight from the roastery to your door, anywhere in the US, no minimum.
The panel on the bag tells you what you are drinking, before the first cup.
Subscribers pay 11% less on every bag, get the printed tasting card and a welcome pack with the first order, and choose how often it comes: every two weeks, every month, every two months.
Cancelling is one click from your account. We would rather you leave easily than stay by accident.
The bag, out of the studio
Same panel, same paper, every line filled in. Twelve ounces, whole bean or ground.

These are renders of the bag, not photographs. When customers start sending us real ones, these come down.
Nothing hidden. Nothing proprietary.
Most coffee bags tell you a story. Ours tells you what's in it. Region. Altitude. Varietal. Process. Ingredients. Every line filled in, every time.
Roasted on demand, from regions we can name, with nothing added that we won't print. A good cup helps you think. A good bag tells you why.
Questions
It is roasted on demand in small batches, not pulled off a pallet, and it ships within a few business days of being roasted.
No. 1 Common Sense if you drink it with milk or make a pot in the morning. No. 2 Good Sense if you want to taste fruit and drink it black. No. 3 Position for espresso and moka. No. 4 Interregnum is the decaf, No. 5 Canela is the cinnamon one.
Both, at the same price. Ground is a drip grind. If you use an espresso machine or a French press, buy whole bean and grind it yourself; it is the single biggest upgrade you can make.
12 oz, 340 g, about seventeen 8 oz cups. One cup a day is roughly two and a half weeks per bag.

One click from your account page. No email, no phone call, no retention offer.
Yes, both, from the same account page, up until the order goes out. Changes apply from the next one.
It is on the bag. No. 5 Canela is arabica coffee, ground cinnamon and natural cinnamon flavour, and that is the whole list.
No. 4 Interregnum is Swiss Water decaffeinated: water and carbon, no chemical solvents. Roughly 99.9% caffeine free, which is the standard for that process. It is not zero, and no decaf is.
Write to hello@bregacoffee.com within 30 days with your order number and a photo. We replace it or refund it, your choice, and you do not have to ship anything back.
Not yet. We would rather do one country properly than four badly.
